No Snow Here

Daddy has snow. I miss snow. We would have one good snow a year when I was growing up in South Carolina. Columbus has one good snow per decade - maybe. I looked at the webcams at Clemson and the campus is covered in snow.

I know it's hard to tell in the dark, but there's snow. So pretty. I'm jealous. My freshman year at Clemson, they cancelled classes on my birthday because of snow. It was so much fun.

I grew up in VT & was there for Christmas & man, do I miss snow! My parents had over a foot on the ground when we got there & got another 8" while we were visiting. I admit, I hate driving in a blizzard (which I did 2 days after Christmas) but the wee one & I had so much fun playing in the snow!

I miss the snow, too. My husband grew up in southern Illinois and I grew up in Virginia -- January could always be counted on for a good snow day or two. Somewhere I have pictures of our house in a snow drift during the blizzard of 1993 (a.k.a. the white hurricane). What fun!

I love the picture of Clemson. The paw in the middle of the intersection is great!
