Are those kashi bars any good? I look at them often, but never follow through. :-)
I like the Kashi bars. They're a lot like the Nature Valley ones, but with more fiber. There's a new one I tried call TLC Fruit & Grain Dark Chocolate Coconut that tastes like a candy bar. I like it a lot.
